We don't store your IP, user agent, or any identifier that lets us link your response to you. If you opt into the newsletter on the thank-you screen, that email lives in a separate table with no link back to your answers.

Published, not sold

Aggregated findings go into our quarterly reports (free to read, paywalled for custom cuts). Your individual response is never published, shared, or made available to any third party.

Any cut of the data with fewer than five respondents is suppressed in every report. The threshold protects you from being re-identified even in narrow cohorts like "Wyoming home health PT with 18 years of experience".
